Vigilant Justice is a fun, punchy take on the superhero genre that plays it straight while still having a little fun with itself.
The film follows Vigilant (Shawn Kosmakos), a no-nonsense hero who finds himself humiliated on live TV by slick-talking villain Harold Hunter (Blake Killion). With his image shaken, Vigilant teams up with his loyal partner Mason (Lazarus Gardner) and his overzealous superfan Nancy (Liva Langer) to take the fight to Harold—and his even more dangerous brother, Jeremy (Davonte T. Banks).
The story blends action, heart, and a touch of satire, asking what it really means to be a hero when your public image crumbles. Vigilant isn’t perfect—but that’s what makes him human.
If you’re into classic superhero tales with a bit of an edge and a lot of spirit, Vigilant Justice is worth a watch. It’s got charm, a great cast, and just enough soul-searching to keep things grounded.
